A Carthage man was injured in a two-vehicle accident 1:20 p.m. today on Fairview Road, two miles west of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Hyundai Sonata driven by James L. Mathews, 55, Carthage, failed to yield from a stop sign and struck a 2005 Harley Davidson driven by Haliker F. Guenther, 43, Carthage.
Mathews was treated for minor injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
