Seneca woman, Quapaw man injured in crash on 43

Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 6:15 p.m. Tuesday on MO 43, four miles north of Seneca.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2003 Ford Mustang driven by Aron J. Voigt, 22, Quapaw, Oklahoma, slowed for another vehicle that was making a right turn and was struck in the rear by a 2009 Chevrolet Equinox driven by Margaret A. Taylor, 53, Springfield.

Voigt and a passenger in his vehicle, Brittany A. Burris, 22, Seneca, were treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
