A Southwest City man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 4:06 a.m. today on Route EE, six miles west of Lanagan.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2016 Chevrolet Cruze driven by Billy L. Watts, 25, Southwest City, ran off the roadway, struck a culvert and overturned.
Watts, who was treated for minor injuries at Integris Hospital, Grove, Oklahoma, was also charged with careless and imprudent driving.
