Incident Spotlight
Yesterday evening at 7:56 p.m. our department received calls about a male in the intersection of Zora and Range Line that appeared to be intoxicated, sitting in his vehicle. We were then told the male drove into the parking lot of Casey’s and hit a vehicle parked at the gas pumps.
Officers arrived and found a very intoxicated 23-year-old male. He was arrested for DWI and traffic charges and found to have a BAC of .246, three times the legal limit of .08.
Numerous citizens stepped up to be witnesses to him driving and his actions, helping us build our case.
