On 01-18-2018 The Barton County Sheriff's Office received a call of a past tense burglary that occurred on SW 90th Road east of 43 Highway.
Deputies responded and investigated the incident. The reporting party advised that somebody had threw a large flower pot through a back door window of a home.
A subject is being sought in the case. The investigation is ongoing.
