Public hearing set in Joplin on Missouri American Water Company rate increase request

The Missouri Public Service Commission will hold local public hearings in Branson and Joplin on February 1, 2018, in water and sewer rate cases filed by the Missouri-American Water Company (MAWC). The local public hearing schedule appears below.

February 1—Branson.  Branson City Hall, City Council Chambers, 110 West Maddux Street.  A PSC staff public information/question and answer session starts at 12:00 p.m. with the Commission receiving testimony from the public beginning at 12:30 p.m.

February 1—Joplin.  Missouri Southern State University, Mills-Anderson Justice Center, 3950 East Newman Road.  A PSC staff public information/question and answer session starts at 5:30 p.m. with the Commission receiving testimony from the public beginning at 6:00 p.m.
