2/11/2019 Steven R Newman 55 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Driving While Intoxicated.
2/11/2019 Tyler J Hoth 23 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Failure to Register as Sex Offender.
2/12/2019 Jason D Vanderburg 37 of Jasper, MO was arrested for Violation of an Order of Protection.
2/13/2019 Richard P Bettes 21 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and
Resisting Or Interfering with Arrest.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
