The Joplin Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in locating a 15-year-old female named Tina Francis.
Tina is 5'03", weighs approximately 130 pounds, and has shoulder length brown hair.
Tina was last seen in the area of the Joplin High School (2104 S. Indiana Ave.) at 8:00 am on 02-12-19. Tina was last seen wearing a white striped shirt and pink shorts.
