On Saturday, February 2, 2019, at about 9:54 p.m., officers with the Lamar Police Department responded to the O'Sullivan building at 1900 Gulf in reference to an alarm activation.

As two of the officers entered the building in an area where the alarms had been activated, they could hear people walking on the roof of the building. A third officer responded to the area.

At one point, the suspects began running on the roof and assistance was requested from the Sheriff's Department.

Located on the roof were Kevin E. Warner, 50, of Webb City (pictured on the left) and Matthew J. Henson, 43 of Carthage. Officers also located a bag containing burglary tools.

Both subjects were arrested and transported to the Barton County Jail where they remain on charges of Burglary. Bond for each has been set at $2,500.
