The Foundation is honored to have the opportunity this year to recognize Rick Utter as our Distinguished Citizen Honoree.
Rick began his 25-year career at Webb City R-7 Schools in 1972.
During that time he taught History, PE and Driver's Ed, coached basketball, football and tennis and worked as a Guidance counselor. He was named Southwest District Counselor of the Year in 1996. He has worked as a Financial Advisor with Heartland Financial Group since retiring from the school district in 1997 and remains very active in our community and our schools.
He volunteers as a Career Coach at WCHS, serves on the board for Webb City Cares and is active on the WC Planning and Zoning Committee.
Rick is married to Sue Utter and they have a daughter, Amy Frizzell, who resides in Simi Valley, CA with her husband Dusty and their two children, Asher and Silas.

The banquet will be held on March 14, 2019 @ 6:30 in the WCHS dome. The cost is $25 per ticket ($5 discount for Webb City faculty and staff). Dinner is provided. Please contact Kim Jones or Kelli Frazier at Central Office to purchase tickets.
