The Board of Governors’ Personnel/Compensation Committee at Missouri Southern State University will meet in closed session at 10 a.m. Thursday, May 23, in Room 343 of Billingsly Student Center.
The committee will meet for the purpose of evaluating Dr. Alan Marble, university president.
The meeting is closed under under RSMo 610.021 (3) relating to “hiring, firing, disciplining or promoting of particular employees by a public governmental body when personal information about the employee is discussed or recorded.
