Newton County in southwestern Missouri... Southern Jasper County in southwestern Missouri... * Until 1215 PM CDT Thursday. * At 213 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Creeks, streams, and low water crossings will be especially susceptible to the dangers of flash flooding. Locations in the warning include... Southern Joplin... Carthage... Neosho... Seneca... Granby... Duquesne... Sarcoxie... Duenweg... Diamond... Loma Linda... Leawood... Silver Creek... Shoal Creek Drive... Saginaw... Fidelity... Redings Mill... Wentworth... Grand Falls Plaza...
