The National Weather Service in Springfield has issued a

* Severe Thunderstorm Warning for...
  Southeastern Barton County in southwestern Missouri...
  Jasper County in southwestern Missouri...

* Until 915 PM CDT.

* At 812 PM CDT, a severe thunderstorm was located over Purcell, or
  8 miles northwest of Carthage, moving east at 40 mph. A Tornado
  Warning also remains in effect until 845 PM for western Jasper
  County.

  HAZARD...Tennis ball size hail and 60 mph wind gusts.

  SOURCE...Radar indicated.

  IMPACT...People and animals outdoors will be injured. Expect hail
           damage to roofs, siding, windows, and vehicles. Expect
           wind damage to roofs, siding, and trees.
