Search warrant execution leads to Lamar man's arrest on meth trafficking, fraud charges

On 5/30/2019, Ozarks Drug Enforcement Team and Lamar Police Department served a search warrant on 706 Parry Street in Lamar, Missouri.

Brett Wilcox, 39 years of age, was arrested at this location on a felony warrant for fraud and for trafficking of a controlled substance.

ODET detectives seized approximately 1 pound of suspected methemphetamines from the residence with a street value of approximately $12,000.







The charge for trafficking a controlled substance is pending with the Barton County Prosecutor's Office.

This case is still open and more charges may be pending.
