Diamond Area Fire Protection District seeks candidates for two board openings

The Diamond Area Fire Protection District Declares 2 Openings on the Board of Directors.
To qualify to be nominated or declare as a candidate for Board of Directors.

 
1)Resident and voter of district one year prior to election or appointment.

2)Over 24 years of age.

3)File at “Headquarters of Fire Protection District”.

4)Pay filing fee equal to amount of candidate of county office currently $100.

5)Current on all taxes (County, State, and Federal)

6)File statement under oath of possession of qualifications.

The Fire District will accept candidate filings Dec 6, 2022 until Dec 27, 2022. Filings can be done
Monday – Friday at Station 1 located at 100 N Washington Street Diamond MO between the hours of 8:30 am and 4:30 pm! If Fire Chief is out on a call the station may be locked and you will have to try another time.
