A Pineville man was arrested on a felony driving while intoxicated charge following a one-vehicle accident 3:15 a.m. Thursday on Goff Ridge, a half mile north of Bella Vista, Arkansas.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Chevrolet Monte Carlo driven by Damion S. Kelly, 25, Pineville, ran off the right side of the roadway and struck a sign and a couple of trees.
A passenger, Trenton P. Ziemiamin, 26, Pineville, was treated for serious injuries at Northwest Arkansas Medical Center.
