A Lanagan woman was killed in a two-vehicle collision 4:38 p.m. Tuesday on Route NN two miles north of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol, a 2021 Hyundai Elantra driven by Joyce L. Dunk, 58, Lanagan, crossed the center line and struck a 2013 GMC Denali pickup driven by Mary E. Smith, 31, Noel head on.
McDonald County Deputy Coroner John Fletcher pronounced Dunk dead at 5:11 p.m.
The fatality was the 122nd this year for Highway Patrol Troop D.
