According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1994 Cadillac El Dorado, driver unknown, failed to negotiate a curve, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a ditch and overturned.
A passenger in the vehicle, Quinton R. Stanley, 26, Stella, was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman Neosho.
