A Roswell, New Mexico woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:17 a.m. today on I-44 four miles east of Sarcoxie.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2017 Dodge Grand Caravan driven by Elizabeth G. Cunningham, 72, Roswell, traveled off the right side of the road and struck a sign and a guardrail.
Cunningham was airlifted to Mercy Springfield to be treated for serious injuries.
