Seneca man suffers serious injuries in collision near Racine

 Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 5 p.m. today on Kentucky Road one mile west of Racine.

According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2004 Lincoln Town Car driven by Nathan L. Abernathy, 61, Monroe, Georgia, ran a stop sign and struck a 2022 GMC Sierra driven by Frank D. Thompson, 80, Seneca.








Abernathy was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Joplin.

Thompson was treated for serious injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
