Olivia Apartments to be featured on Downtown Joplin Lofts Tour

Do you want a sneak peek inside currently-being-restored Olivia Apartments?

We are excited of officially announce the Olivia as a stop on our Downtown Lofts Tour!

Join us on May 6, from 2p-6p, for this open house-style tour of the Olivia Apartments and nine other locations. You will be able to see fully furnished, lived-in apartments, ones where construction is ongoing (like the Olivia), and even a few buildings that are all raw potential.

Stay tuned as we announce the other buildings on the tour over the next few weeks.
