7/29/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 1700 block of College St for a Domestic/Physical in progress. One person was arrested and transferred to the Barton County Jail where he was placed on a 24 hr hold for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.

07/30/2024 Officers were dispatched to the 1100 block of Arthur Aull regarding a person in the driveway who should not be there. One person was transported to the Barton County Jail and placed on a 24 hour hold for investigation for Unlawful Possession of a Weapon, False Report-gave false name and Violation of a Protection Order. A Probable Cause statement was submitted to the Barton County Prosecuting Attorney for consideration of charges.

07/31/2024 Officer was dispatched to the 500 block of Gulf St for a past tense theft. Tires were also slashed. Investigation continues.

08/02/2024 During a routine business check in the 1700 block of Walnut, officers discovered a door open on a storage unit. Upon further investigation, they found 4 more units had the locks cut off. Investigation continues.








On 08/03/2024 Officers were dispatched to Walmart regarding a theft in progress. Suspect was located, placed under arrest and transported to the Barton County Sheriff’s Office on a book and release for Trespassing and Stealing under $750.

08/03/2024 Officers were dispatched to a disturbance in the 1000 block of East 9th St. One person was arrested and transported to the Barton County Sheriff’s Office where he was charged with Assault 3rd degree.
