A Noel man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:57 p.m. today on MO 37 one mile south of Cassville.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2024 Honda XL150L driven by Darian S. Sandoval, 20, Noel, was following another vehicle too closely and when the other vehicle turned, Sandoval, while attempting to avoid a collision traveled off the roadway with the vehicle overturning.
Sandoval was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Cassville.
