1. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-256 - AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a 20-foot wide stormwater easement located at 1202 Bramar Drive in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri. (Requested by Samuel Carpenter. Planning and Zoning recommended approval).

2. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-257 - AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a 50-foot wide railroad spur dedicated to the City of Joplin being located at 3502 Enterprise Avenue in the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri. (Requested by Patrick Sauerland.  Planning and Zoning recommend approval).

1. RESOLUTION NO. 2014-007 - A RESOLUTION authorizing the filing of a Second Amendment to the Action Plan with the U.S Department of Housing and Urban Development as required for use of the City of Joplin’s Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) Program; and authorizing the City Manager to execute said Plan for and on behalf of the City of Joplin.

2. RESOLUTION NO.2014-008 - A RESOLUTION recognizing Lane Roberts upon his retirement from active service as the Chief of Police within the City of Joplin Police Department.

Six Hundred Fifty Four Thousand Eight Hundred Thirty and no/100 Dollars ($654,830.00) for Consultant Services for the Sanitary Sewer Damage Assessment & Repair – Green Zone project and containing an emergency clause.

2. COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014- 120 - AN ORDINANCE approving the purchase of right of way and easements from property at 1010 E. 20th Street, consisting of Part of Lots Numbered One Hundred Sixty-Eight (168), One Hundred Sixty-Nine (169), and One Hundred Seventy (170) in Southmorland Acres Addition to the City of Joplin, Jasper County, Missouri; and authorizing the payment of Twenty Thousand and 00/100 dollars ($20,000.00) and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO. 2014- 128 - AN ORDINANCE approving a agreement for Bartlett & West Inc. not to exceed Six Hundred Eight Thousand Two Hundred Sixty and no/100 Dollars ($608,260.00) for Consultant Services for the Storm Sewer Damage Assessment & Repair & GIS Mapping of the Tornado Zone project and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILLNO.2014-129 - ANORDINANCE approving a agreement for          TranSystems for Two Hundred Ninety Two Thousand and no/100 Dollars ($292,000.00)            for Consultant Services for the Surface Street, Sidewalk, and Curb Assessment & GIS Mapping of  the Tornado Zone project and containing an emergency clause.

11. COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-402 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an Agreement with Economic Security Corporation of Southwest Area (ESC) in the amount not to exceed Two Hundred Seventy-five Thousand Dollars ($275,000.00) to provide administrative services related to Joplin Homeowner Rehabilitation Program through the 2012 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery fund, authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement for the City, and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-403 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an Agreement with Catholic Charities of Southern Missouri (Catholic Charities) in the amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) to provide administrative services related to Joplin Homeowner Rehabilitation Program through the 2012 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery fund, authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement for the City, and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-404 - AN ORDINANCE authorizing the City of Joplin to enter into an Agreement with St. Bernard Project dba Rebuild Joplin (Rebuild Joplin) in the amount not to exceed Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Dollars ($250,000.00) to provide administrative services related to Joplin Homeowner Rehabilitation Program through the 2012 Community Development Block Grant- Disaster Recovery fund, authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement for the City, and containing an emergency clause.

COUNCIL BILL NO.  2014-504 - AN ORDINANCE approving an Agreement by and between the City of Joplin and Missouri Highways and Transportation on behalf of Federal Highway Administration to provide reimbursement for tornado destroyed and damaged signs; authorizing the City Manager to execute said Agreement by and on behalf of the City of Joplin; and containing an emergency clause.
