1/21/2015 @ 2:30 pm, Tara L. Tinsley, 39 of Noel, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and Possession of Marijuana.

1/21/2015 @ 2:30 pm, Christopher P. Tinsley, 39 of Noel, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance.

1/22/2015 @ 2:40 am, Ross T. Runnells, 52 of Joplin, was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance with Intent to Distribute, Possession of Marijuana, and Felon in Possession of a Firearm.

The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
