Joplin Police Detectives have identified three suspects in recent mail thefts. Detectives have been able to identify Justin Gordon, age 30 as a suspect in Fraudulent Use of a Credit Device and Tonya Lindsey, age 35 along with, Cody Lindsey, age 26 in two forgery cases. These cases stem from the theft of mail in late December 2014.
Charges have been sought from the Jasper County Prosecutor for the fraud and forgery
cases.
Justin Gordon (pictured) is the only person currently in custody on other charges.
