Please join the Carthage Police Department in celebrating 35 years of distinguished service to our city by Lieutenant Bill Barksdale. Lieutenant Barksdale is retiring on July 15th, 2015.
Anyone who would like to celebrate with us or say a few words to Bill can join us at the Carthage Water and Electric Community Room, 627 W. Centennial, on July 15th at 3 p.m.
There will be a presentation at 4:00.
