Case 016-15:               Northeast corner of 20^th Street and Connecticut Avenue – A request to rezone from R-1 (Single Family Residential), R-2 (Two-Family Residential), CO-PD (Non-Retail District, Planned Development), C-1 (Neighborhood Commercial District), and C1-PD (Neighborhood Commercial District, Planned Development) to C3-PD (Commercial District, Planned Development) for the construction of a new public library – City of Joplin.

Case 017-15:               2312 Utica Street – A request for a Special Use Permit (1^st request) for the operation of a gallery – Shirley Holly.
