A Carthage motorcyclist was injured while trying to do a wheelie 12:15 a.m. today on MO 66, a half mile west of Joplin.
According to the Highway Patrol report, Dustin D. Davis, 21, Carthage, lost control of the 2004 Kawasaki ZX636 he was driving, and overturned.
Davis was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
