Academic Information
·         Enrollment is OPEN for Spring 2016. Be sure to make an appointment with your advisor to see what you need to take to finish your degree. ·         Fall 2015 Finals Week: December 7-13, 2015.
·         Fall 2015 Graduation ceremony will be held December 12, at 10am, in Bob Sneller Gymnasium.
Roughrider Student Activities
Roughrider Athletics
·         The Roughrider Women’s Basketball team is now 8-2 on the season. They will play at home Thursday, Dec. 3, 6pm vs North Arkansas and are on the road Dec. 5, 11, 12 & 17. Campus Community Events
·         Crowder Art Students will have a fall art show Nov. 24 – Dec. 8, 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday. An artist reception will be held Friday, Dec. 4, 5-7pm. For more information please email:CaseySmith@Crowder.edu
·         Crowder Theatre will present Charlotte’s Web, Saturday, Dec. 5, 10am & 2pm, in the Elsie Plaster Auditorium on the Neosho Campus.
·         Crowder Community Chorus will perform a Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols, Sunday, Dec. 6, 7pm at the Neosho United Methodist Church. For more information contact Robert Ensor at:RobertEnsor@Crowder.edu or call 417-455-5634.
·         Friends of Lee Library’s Guest Speaker Series upcoming speakers:
o   Tom Higdon, local historian, will present on Pearl Harbor, December 7, 2015, 2-3:30 pm
·         Crowder Board of Trustees Meeting, Dec. 7 at 10am in Wright Conference Center.
·         Former Crowder President, Dr. Kent Farnsworth will hold a book talk and signing, Dec. 8, 5:30pm in the Longwell Museum inside the Elsie Plaster Community Center. The Wager by Allen Kent. Books, will be available for purchase with 50% of the proceeds donated to the Foundation. ·         Crowder Quill is accepting entries for the 2016 publication. Find entry forms and information at: http://crowderquill.com/
·         Crowder Employees are donating to the Neosho/Newton County Food Basket Drive. A friendly competition between Faculty, Professional & Classified staff resulted in 1,000 pounds of food last year. Donations for each association are accepted in the Neosho Bookstore, Nov. 30 – Dec. 8.
