A Wentworth teen was injured in a one-vehicle accident 4:40 p.m. Tuesday on Beech Road, three miles north of Diamond.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Ford driven by Kaitlin M. Chambers, 16, Wentworth, swerved to avoid a deer, went off the right side of the roadway, and overturned.
Chambers was treated for moderate injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
