(From Southern News Service)
A new Master’s in Management program at Missouri Southern State University has received approval from the Higher Learning Commission.
The 30-credit-hour program, which will begin during the Fall 2016 semester, will offer a hybrid course of study – blending traditional classes with online study, with opportunities for independent study and research projects. Students will be able to select their focus of study, either human resources or general management.
The master’s program will be open to graduates from any major.
“We are excited for the opportunity to serve our region and provide a high quality Master’s program with flexibility to meet the needs of working adults,” said Dr. John Groesbeck, dean of the School of Business. “Our new master’s program is ideal for those looking to advance their career close to home.”
