The Joplin Police Department is currently looking for Thomas Riekenberg, a 19 year old African American male from Mound City, KS.
Riekenberg has a diminished mental capacity. Riekenberg ran from his direct care staff while he was being checked into the Freeman E.R. at around 4:09 pm on today's date of 11/05/15.
Riekenberg was last seen going into a wooded area in the 35th and Oak Ridge neighborhood in South Joplin. If you see Riekenberg please do not contact him yourself, call the police immediately!! Riekenberg now wears his hair in a Mohawk.
