First and Second Reading of Council Bill 1832 TO REPEAL SECTION 46- 77 AND ENACT A NEW SECTION 46-77 TO SPECIFY SCHOOL ZONES, TO PROVIDE A SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMIT, TO PROVIDE APPLICABLE TIMES FOR SCHOOL ZONE SPEED LIMITS; ALSO TO AMEND SECTION 46-79 BY ADDING THERETO SPEED LIMITS FOR THE PUBLIC SQUARE WHICH WERE PREVIOUSLY INCLUDED IN SECTION 46-77, WITH AN EFFECTIVE DATE OF JANUARY 1, 2017.
