Update from the Pinnacle Bank Robbery
Subjects in custody

Charges for 1st Degree Robbery and Armed Criminal Action have been filed by the Newton County Prosecutor on Jimmy Eisenhour and he has a $100,000.00 cash bond.
Charges for 1st Degree Robbery, Armed Criminal Action, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Possession of a Firearm Unlawful for Certain Persons (being a felon in possession of a firearm) are being submitted for Sean Ladue to the Newton County Prosecutor. Currently we are waiting for formal charges and a bond amount.
Both subjects are currently in custody in the Joplin City Jail.
