11/17/16 Dustin R. Koskela, 28 of Joplin, was arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance,
Receiving Stolen Property, Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, and Stealing.
11/17/16 Amber M. McKinney, 33 of Joplin, was arrested for Distribution of a Controlled Substance,
Unlawful Use of Drug Paraphernalia, Receiving Stolen Property, and Stealing.
11/17/16 Clint C. Carney, 36 of Joplin, was arrested for Littering.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
