A Loma Linda man was charged with driving while intoxicated following a one-vehicle accident 10:40 p.m. Saturday on Loma Linda Drive.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Chevrolet Spark driven by James R. Lee, Jr., 23, Loma Linda, left the roadway, struck two embankments and overturned.
Lee, who was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin, was also charged with careless and imprudent driving.
