A Florida man was injured in a one-vehicle accident 2:33 a.m. today on Business 71, two miles south of Anderson.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2014 Chevrolet Malibu driven by Jerry A. Tippler, 33, Old Town, Florida, attempted to make a right turn, ran off the roadway, struck a ditch and a tree.
Tippler was treated for minor injuries at Freeman West Hospital, Joplin.
