A Diamond woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident 11:40 a.m. today on County Road 170, three miles east of Duenweg.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2009 Mazda 6 driven by Kathy S. Dykens, 58, Diamond, went off the right side of the roadway into a creek bed.
Dykens was treated for serious injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
