Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 4:40 p.m. Saturday on County Road 130, two miles east of Carthage.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1998 Subaru Legacy driven by Jacie E. Mitchell, 21, Carthage, pulled into the path of an oncoming 2006 Ford 500 driven by Kevin C. Peterson, 28, Carthage.
Mitchell and a passenger in her vehicle, Gloria H. Southard, 20, Joplin, were treated for minor injuries at Mercy McCune-Brooks Hospital, Carthage.
