According to the Highway Patrol report, a 2001 Ford Ranger driven by Richard G. Harmon, 44, Pineville, pulled into the path of a 2010 Chevrolet Cobalt driven by Scott J. Hole, 23, Anderson. The Harmon vehicle was struck int he side by the Hole vehicle.
Hole was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Bella Vista, Arkansas.
In addition to DWI, Harmon was also charged with felony second degree assault and careless and imprudent driving.
