12/2/17 Corey W. Drake, 37 Hutchinson, KS, was arrested for Fugitive From Justice, No Valid Drivers
License, and Speed.
12/2/17 Tabitha Foote, 23 Joplin, was arrested for DWI.
12/2/17 Richard A. Mandelbaum, 25 Joplin, was arrested for Possession of a Controlled Substance and
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
12/3/17 Danica L. Harper, 28 Neosho, was arrested for DWI and Driving While Suspended.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt. Evidence in support of the
charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is to determine guilt or innocence.
