Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident 2:50 p.m. today on MO 39, three miles south of Miller.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a 1999 Infiniti G20 driven by Chrissa N. Bennett, 20, Mount Vernon, pulled into the path of a 2006 Chrysler 300 driven by Mystic T. Foresee, 23, Carthage, and was struck broadside.
Bennett was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Springfield.
Foresee was treated for moderate injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
