10/6/2018 Donna Milner 32 of Purcell, MO was arrested for Domestic Assault 3rd Degree.
10/6/2018 Tosha N Rischard 34 of Webb City, MO was arrested for Resisting Lawful Detention by Fleeing
and Trespassing.
10/8/2018 Monte B Watson 55 of Joplin, MO was arrested for Possession of Controlled Substance - Meth
and Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
10/8/2018 Stefan D Hukill 29 of Carthage, MO was arrested for Assault 1st Degree,
Unlawful use of a
Weapon and Armed Criminal Action.
The charges for which the above were arrested are mere accusations and are not evidence of guilt.
Evidence in support of the charges must be presented before a court of competent jurisdiction whose duty is
to determine guilt or innocence.
