Joplin man cited for felony drug charge in Bates County
The Highway Patrol arrested Garrett Ward, 24, Joplin, for felony possession of a controlled substance 3:36 p.m. Saturday in Bates County, according to online records.
Ward was also cited for possession of drug paraphernalia.
