A Carthage man was injured when he was struck by a vehicle 11:25 p.m. Sunday on Prosperity Avenue just outside of the Joplin city limits.
According to the Highway Patrol report, a Ford F350 driven by Micah C. Simmons, 33, Sarcoxie, struck Johnathan R. Davis, 22, Carthage, who was walking in the roadway.
Davis was treated for minor injuries at Mercy Hospital, Joplin.
