Winter weather advisory for Newton, McDonald counties, significant ice, sleet accumulations expected

URGENT - WINTER WEATHER MESSAGE
National Weather Service Springfield MO
417 AM CST Thu Feb 7 2019

...Significant Ice and Sleet Accumulations Expected...

.A stalled frontal boundary remains draped from southwest to
northeast across the Missouri Ozarks early this morning. Low
pressure will track along this front and through the Ozarks this
morning. As the low passes, the front will quickly move southeast
ushering in a much colder airmass. Periods of freezing rain and
sleet, along with an isolated thunderstorm, will continue
across extreme southeastern Kansas and west-central Missouri.
Significant accumulations of freezing rain and sleet are expected
generally north of a Joplin to Stockton to Versailles line.
Lighter amounts of freezing rain and sleet are expected this
morning as far southeast as a Galena to Hartville to Rolla line
and the front and the colder air make its way across the region.
