Attention Parents/Guardians:
If you have a child who will turn 5 years old BEFORE August 1st and you plan to enroll them in kindergarten, visit your home school on February 20th or 21st for Kindergarten Round Up.
Please bring the following items with you:
*Current immunization record
*State birth certificate
*Proof of residency
*Parent/Guardian's drivers license or photo ID
*Proof of guardianship (if applicable)
*Child's Social Security card (optional)
