Carthage man held on $40,000 bond for burglary, theft, property damage in Riverton

Robert Sanders, 44, of Carthage, is being held in the Cherokee County Jail after surrendering himself to authorities on Thursday, September 11.

Cherokee County Sheriff’s Detective’s sought and obtained an arrest warrant for Sanders as the result of an investigation into a Monday morning burglary in Riverton where electronics and money were reported stolen.

Sanders is being held in lieu of $40,000.00 bond on charges of Burglary, Theft and Criminal Damage to Property.
