East 44th Street closed for three days beginning Monday

Starting Monday, September 16, East 44th Street will be closed for utility construction.

Closure will be on the west side of Range Line Road and is expected to take up to three days. Detours will be in place and will direct drivers to utilize the Richard Joseph Boulevard loop.

Residents and businesses along this corridor between Connecticut and Range Line will have access to their property.

This work is part of the 44th Street widening project funded through the Capital Improvement Sales Tax which voters renewed in 2014.
